The location was perfect for me as it was right next to the BTS station, making it easy to explore the city. The room wasnice and neat, with a spacious and comfortable bed. I appreciated the USB charging possibilities and the fact that the power outlets fit European standards. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes, including delicious Thai food and toast. I would definitely recommend Haven'T Met Bangkok Silom By Cross Collection for a pleasant stay in Bangkok.

The hotel is located just right next to the BTS station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. You can easily hop on the train and explore the city without any hassle. there are plenty of food stalls and restaurants nearby, so you'll never go hungry during your stay. The staff are friendly and approachable, always willing to assist with any needs or concerns.
The noise from other guests can sometimes be a bit bothersome, especially if they are younger and more energetic.

The location of the hotel was great, with the BTS train station just outside and convenient eateries and a 7-eleven nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
There were some inconveniences , such as difficulties in obtaining ice for my drinks in the room.

Convenient location near Silom and overhead train. Pleasant staff. Decent breakfast. Huge and comfortable beds. Modern decor. Great air conditioning. Quiet. Nice breakfast with Asian warm food, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruits, toast, crossaints. Impressive view from roof terrace with bar, pool, and seating.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location next to the Sky Train station is very convenient for exploring the city, especially when I want to head out for nightlife. The service here is top-notch, with options like dry cleaning and limousine service being available. The rooftop pool area was also a highlight, with sun loungers and umbrellas available. The room amenities were also impressive, with an ironing facility, air conditioning, and in-room safe. I was very impressed with this place.
I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

The location is perfect, as it is right next to the BTS sky train station in the center of the city. We found it convenient to explore the attractions and shopping districts without having to spend too much on transportation. it was very easy to reach from the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the rooms were modern and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were superb for the price we paid, and we especially appreciated the smart TV in the room. The staff at the reception were friendly and made us feel welcome. this hotel provided great value for money, and we highly recommend it to fellow travelers looking for comfort and convenience in this city.
